Billionaire T.B. Pickens IPO trades on Nasdaq

Clean Energy Fuels Corp., a supplier of natural gas to fuel fleets of buses and taxis co-founded by billionaire hedge-fund manager Boone Pickens, was little changed in its first day of trading, but it was priced below the expected range of $13-$17 as it sold 10 million shares  of common, priced  at $12 per share. It trades on Nasdaq, with a ticker symbol CLNE
