And here is a excerpt:

Fossil fuel fortunes have been growing fast during the energy boom that began three years ago. Since the 2004 edition of the Forbes 400, oil baron George Kaiser has seen his pile grow to $11 billion from $4 billion, and pipeline player Dan Duncan has doubled up to $8.2 billion.

Some savvy oil trading has more than tripled T. Boone Pickens’ stash to $3 billion from $750 million in 2004. But no one can top the Koch brothers: The boom in energy and commodities has boosted Charles and David to $17 billion each from $4 billion each in 2004.
