Deripaska Received $4.6 Billion Rusal Dividend

Oleg Deripaska received $4.6 billion in 2006 dividends from his Rusal aluminum maker, Vedomosti reported, citing a bond prospectus for fellow billionaire Viktor Vekselberg’s Renova Holding company.That was before Deripaska and Vekselberg combined their aluminum assets with those of Swiss trader Glencore International AG to create United Co. Rusal, the Moscow-based newspaper said. Rusal is now the world’s second-biggest maker of the metal.
